I\u2019m the president of the German Weightlifting Federation and Executive Board Member of the International Weightlifting Federation.<\/p>\n

Weightlifting has taught me resilience<\/strong>, responsibility<\/strong>, and the value of working together <\/strong>\u2014 lessons I carry into my leadership today.<\/p>\n

In my role, I focus on creating a clean<\/strong>, fair<\/strong>, and inclusive environment<\/strong> for athletes. Sustainability, transparency, and strong anti-doping measures are at the heart of my work, as I believe these are essential for the future of our sport.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m also passionate about inspiring the next generation to take on leadership roles. I want to encourage young people of them to step forward and make a difference in sports governance.<\/p>\n

My vision for weightlifting is simple: a sport that is modern, open, and rooted in integrity.
